The strength of Intelligent Movement Systems’ training is individual attention. Workouts are available either in private instruction or in pairs. This allows training to be customized for people’s individual needs, the idiosyncrasies of their body structure and their fitness levels.  We have a results-oriented philosophy.  Come and see the results for yourself.

Intelligent Movement Systems is located in Englewood, CO close to Swedish Hospital at the intersection of Hampden and Marion Street.
